Terms & Guidelines
At IZFLY Partners (the “Website” or “Site Owner(s)”), our mission is to give creators the tools to share their work directly with their audience and get paid fairly. To keep this platform safe, clear, and sustainable, here are our core guidelines:
Content Ownership
All content you publish on the Website belongs to you, the creator.
The Website does not claim ownership or rights over your content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that anything you post is your own original work, or that you have the proper rights and permissions to share it.
The Website is not liable for copyright violations, licensing issues, or disputes between creators and third parties.
Content Guidelines
We welcome videos, audio, text, and images across all creative genres.
However, the following are not allowed:
Sexually explicit material
Graphic violence, including depictions of murder or suicide
Content promoting dangerous activities
The Website does not “police” what some may find offensive — creativity is subjective. Our focus is simply on keeping the platform safe, legal, and free from explicit or harmful material.
Platform Responsibility
The Website provides a platform for creators to connect with fans. The opinions, messages, or content shared by creators are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Website.
The Website is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or impact of content posted by creators.
Payments & Royalties
Creators are paid directly from subscriber revenue, based on the partnership agreement.
The default revenue share is 80% to the partner and 20% to the Website (IZFLY Partners, the Site Owner(s)).
This percentage may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis if you contact us, but the default terms apply unless explicitly changed in writing.
The Website does not pay streaming royalties or any other additional fees. The only payments made are through the agreed-upon revenue share.
Creators are fully responsible for any and all content they post, including any licensing or royalty obligations outside of the Website.
